Going through these pictures I took on my BlackBerry is disgusting. I need to get a real camera before I start taking trips again in the fall. In theory, it will be a new phone with a bad ass camera.

I probably shouldn't care about this as I no longer regularly visit fighting game community forums, but that's why it is a rant and not a true concern for anyone else.

It really grinds my gears when a website takes in a ton of money from supporters and then kills everyone else with tons of annoying ads. I get that you don't want to get a real job, but can you at least keep some sort of order?

The people of "TZ" may not understand how nice it is to have the leadership it does. They truly do care about having solid moderators (I should know, I was once one of them). They have rules and they are, for the most part, followed. Over on "SRK", though, you have a different story.

Take a tournament announcement thread. That thread is for announcing the tournament and should not contain results or shout-outs. A recent local tournament thread does not seem to understand it. As of this typing, there are 17 replies in the announcement thread versus 14 posts in the results thread. On top of that, the "full results" were lost because they didn't save on the computer. This is unreal to me.

As I read over this rant (which may be breaking rant rules...), I'm realizing I probably have less of an issue with the website or community and more with the tournament itself. That's a rant for another day.

After an intense study, Nashville Tech technician Bob Jacobs has confirmed what we all had assumed:

92% of iPhone users envy BlackBerry users

This stunning news comes on the heels of a report that the iPhone is the most trustworthy/reliable smartphone, while the BlackBerry is the least trustworthy/reliable.

An anonymous iPhone user from Stringfellow Technology Group was heard muttering "stupid iPhone, why didn't I just buy that new BlackBerry Torch!!"

Steve Jobs was unavailable for comment on this story.

I miss Euchre

I honestly don't know why I started thinking about it this morning, but I suddenly really miss playing Euchre. Sure I could play online, but it's not the same! Some of you reading this may wonder what Euchre even is and I pity you for that. Luckily, I have a little wikipedia action ready for you: here. I'll give you a few moments to read up before you continue reading.

Ok, so you are a Euchre pro right? Ready to jump right in? Tell me -- what is so hard about Euchre? Why can I never seem to get anyone to grasp the game? Am I a terrible teacher? Are the rules too difficult? I could never understand how my siblings and I could pick the game up at a young age, but our friends in the south never could figure it out. Maybe I haven't tried enough, but that's about to change. Anyone who knows me will never stop hearing about this game

Oh and p.s. -- memorize the Ten Commandments of Euchre. You might also want to re-read the section on stealing the deal, as you will be playing with the master.
